RAE BROWN began her love of singing and performing at the age of 5 when she started classical piano and musical theatre. She learned music theory, songwriting, and how to accompany herself on piano at age 11 and started guitar at age 13.
Rae’s main love is performing, and she has played her music live at numerous venues such as US Airways Center, Comerica Theater, The NAMM Show, Club Tequila in Las Vegas, McDowell Mountain Music Fest, Ostrich Festival, Hard Rock Café, The Rhythm Room, the local news & many, many more. She has been a National Anthem soloist every year since 2007 @ the S.F. Giants spring training games, and also won an AriZoni award for Best Actress for her role of Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker @ Peoria Theater Works.
For two years, Rae was a founding member of the band UFN (now known as Dreams and Doorways) as one of the lead singers & the pianist, before striking out on her own in April of 2015. With UFN, Rae was able to go on the Epic Proportions Tour in August and September of 2014, to bring UFN's music to high schools and colleges throughout California and Arizona. In the end of 2014 they competed in & won Alice Cooper's annual Proof Is In the Pudding competition, earning the chance to play at Alice Cooper's Christmas Pudding at Comerica Theatre with Alice himself, Night Ranger, & others.
Rae’s musical, songwriting, and vocal influences include Jon Bellion, Taylor Swift, Marianas Trench, Billie Eilish, Bleachers, and Panic! At the Disco.
The 2016 EP “WELCOME TO THE FIRE”, produced by John Keenan of JCK Music Productions, and the 2019 EP "TWISTED GLASS", produced by Erik Mornia of Morina Studios, is a collection of 6 songs each all written & performed by Rae.
